This course helps you to improve your English and your rugby skills! You will have professional coaching and can play for Wellington’s local club teams (February and August). You learn English in the mornings (15 hours per week) and learn rugby in the afternoons. You will learn rugby skills and fitness (strength, power, speed, agility, endurance, coordination, balance, flexibility) with training experts. Talk to us about this course!
